What is SSSRVA?

When and where is it held and the event hours?
 

  • Held at The Bon Secours Training Facility located at 2401 W. Leigh Street, Richmond, VA 23220

  • Doors open at 4pm EST

  • VIP Guest Parking opens at 3:30p until full (see map)

When do tickets go on sale?

  • Early Bird Tickets Sales - March 4th, 2024 at 10am EST

    • General Admission - $50

    • VIP - $100

    • QaBana - $2,500

  • General Ticket Sales - March 9th, 2024 at 10am EST

    • General Admission - $60

  •  QaBana Experience

    • Experience the ultimate VIP treatment with the QaBana Experience! This exclusive package includes 10 VIP tickets with 2 drinks each, priority parking, full catering service, a private luxury tent with seating, access to the VIP lounge and bar, plus your own personal hostess. The QaBana allows you and your group to relax and enjoy the event in total comfort and style. It's the epitome of luxury and convenience!

  •  VIP Experience

    •  The VIP Experience gives you an elevated event experience with 2 drinks included, priority parking, catering service, access to VIP-only seating, lounge and bar. Enjoy the concert with drinks in hand from the best seats while also being able to take a break in the VIP lounge. The VIP experience grants you an exclusive, comfortable event experience.

  •  General Admission Experience

    • General Admission gives you basic access to this fantastic event. With access to the GA bar and luxurious restrooms, plus tented GA seating, you'll be able to enjoy the concert affordably and comfortably. GA keeps things simple and fun.

Is there a dress code?

​

  • Refined Yet Relaxed Attire

    • Suggested Styles: Jackets, blazers, suits, vests, collared shirts, dresses, pantsuits, hats, tailored shorts, and slacks are all welcome and encouraged dress options for a polished yet comfortable look.

    • Clothing to Avoid: Cargo shorts, athletic wear, swimsuits, overly distressed or frayed denim should be avoided as they do not fit the refined tone of the event.

  • Comfortable Footwear

    • As The Bon Secours Training facility venue is quite spacious, we recommend wearing flat shoes, block or wedge heels, or ensuring your dress shoes have ample cushioning, as attendees may find themselves doing a fair bit of walking throughout the event space.

Do you advise making a hotel reservation in advance?

  • The Seersucker Sundress & Sounds event is a very popular event and there is a high demand for hotel reservations. You are encouraged to make reservations as soon as possible - Coming Soon

Other Guidelines

​

  • Rain Policy - SSSRVA will be held on May 26, 2024. This event will be held outdoors at The Bon Secours Training facility. This event will be a rain-or-shine event.
